Strides Arcolab Ltd on March 12, 2008 has announced its second ANDA approval for Tobramycin 40 mg/mL.

The product is licensed to Akorn-Strides, LLC, which is a Joint Venture that was formed in 2004 by Akorn, Inc and Strides Arcolab Ltd.

Tobromycin is the second approval amongst 22 sterile submissions the Company has submitted with US FDA.

Mr. Arun Kumar ? Vice Chairman and Group CEO of Strides Arcolab stated:

“We are excited with our second sterile injecatable approval and are delighted having achieved a key milestone in creating a global sterile injectable business.”
