Subhkam Capital Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will publish Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2008 within a period of three months from the close of the Accounting Year i.e. on or before June 30, 2008. Therefore, the Company do not intend to submit Un-audited Results for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2008.
