Suniti Commercials Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 22, 2008 to July 25, 2008 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 25, 2008.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board has not recommended any dividend for the financial year 2007-08.
