Sunrise Industrial Traders Ltd has informed BSE that the following changes in directorship of the Company has been taken place:

1. Mr. Baldevdas Ramchand Raheja, Chairman and Director of the Company has been ceased to be director of the Company due to his death w.e.f. April 01, 2008.

2. Mrs. Chandni Jagdish Ahuja was appointed as a director in casual vacancy due to death of Mr. Baldevdas R Raheja as Director of the Company.

3. Mrs. Chandni J Ahuja was appointed as Non-Executive Chairperson of the Company.
