Suprajit Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 28, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. Approve the Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2008.

2. Consider recommendation of final dividend, if any for the year 2007-08.

3. To approve the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter / Year ended March 31, 2008.
