4. Re-appointment of retiring Statutory Auditors, M/s. C S P Jain & Co.

6. Confirmation of Additional Directors, Dr. K N Prithvi Raj & Shri. V Aranganathan.

7. Increase in the borrowing power of the Company u/s 293(1)(d).

8. Redesignation of Shri. G R Surana, Chairman as Executive Chairman.

9. Re-appointment and increase in remuneration of Shri. Dineshchand Surana.

10. Appointment of Shri. Rajesh Surana as Executive Director of the Company.

11. Appointment of Mahaveer Surana as President of the Company.

12. Appointment of Shri Deepak Surana, Senior Vice President (Marketing) of the Company.
