Surya Roshni Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will publish the Audited Annual Accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2008 within the three months from the end of the financial year i.e. on or before June 30, 2008 and therefore the unaudited results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 will not be published.
