Suryavanshi Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 31, 2008, inter alia, to consider, to allot 41,62,536 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each of Suryavanshi Spinning Mills Ltd to the shareholders of Suryavanshi Textiles Ltd in the ratio of 54 Equity Shares of Suryavanshi Spinning Mills Ltd for every 100 shares held in Suryavanshi Textiles Ltd in pursuance sanction of Rehabilitation Scheme dated September 17, 2007 sanctioned by Hon’ble Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR).
