Sylph Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 14, 2008, Mr. Vineet Shrivastava has been appointed as an ‘Independent Director’ of the Company. He has also been appointed as the members of the Audit Committee & Shareholders / Investor Grievance committee of the Company.
