Syndicate Bank has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on May 14, 2008, inter alia, for considering and approving the Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the year ended March 31, 2008 and to recommend consideration of Final Dividend for 2007-08 if any, subject to approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.
