1. Name of the Allottee : Q H Talbros Ltd
- 376000 no of Equity Share allotted

2. Name of the Allottee : Talbros International Ltd
- 90000 no of Equity Share allotted

3. Name of the Allottee : Talbros Motors (P) Ltd
- 90000 no of Equity Share allotted.
