Tamilnadu Petroproducts Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on January 22, 2008, approved the following changes in the constitution of the Board of Director(s) of the Company:

1. Accepted the withdrawal by TIDCO of its nominee Thiru Shaktikanta Das, IAS, as Director & Chairman.

2. Co-opted Thiru M F Farooqui, IAS as Director representing TIDCO and appointed him as Chairman vice Thiru Shaktikanta Das.
