Taneja Aerospace & Aviation Ltd has informed BSE that the shareholders of the Company, by way of Postal Ballot, have passed an ordinary resolution for selling / transferring the air field located at Hosur, hangars, associated buildings and equipments, related licences etc (Airport Business) of the Company to a subsidiary, with requisite majority.
