Tantia Constructions Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to clause 5.2 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Securities) Guidelines - 2003, the Company is in receipt of voluntary delisting approval from The Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Ltd (CSE) and The Delhi Stock Exchange Association Ltd (DSE).
