Tata Coffee - Board Meeting re-scheduled

With reference to earlier announcement dated May 13, 2008 regarding Board to consider Dividend, Tata Coffee Ltd has further informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on May 22, 2008, inter-alia, to consider the Annual Accounts / Audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2008 and recommend dividend, if any, on the Equity Share Capital of the Company will instead be held on May 27, 2008.
