Tata Steel Ltd has informed BSE that Kalimati Investment Company Ltd, the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has acquired 604,383 equity shares of Tata Metaliks Ltd. The Company alongwith Kalimati holds 50.05% equity share capital of Tata Metaliks Ltd. By virtue of the aforesaid acquisition of shares, Tata Metaliks Ltd has become subsidiary of the Company.
