Tata Teleservices Maharashtra Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Charles Antony shall cease to be a Director and the Managing Director of the Company effective from the close of business hours of February 29, 2008.
Dr. Mukund Govind Rajan, Managing Director (Designate) has assumed the charge and full responsibilities as the Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. February 28, 2008.
