TCM - Updates on Open Offer
Systematix Corporate Services Ltd (”Manager to the Offer”) for and on behalf of Mr. Joseph Varghese, Mr. Thirugnanam & Mr. George Varghese (”Acquirers”) has issued this Corrigendum to the Public Announcement to the fully Paid Equity Shareholders of TCM Ltd (”Target Company”), which is in continuation of and should be read in conjunction with the Public Announcement (”PA”) dated February 09, 2007, pursuant to & in compliance with, among others, Regulation 10, 11 and 12 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 and subsequent amendments thereto (”Regulations?), the shareholders are requested to note the following:
1. Offer Price & Financial Arrangements:
The Offer Price has been increased to Rs 6.75 on account of payment of Re 0.85 per share towards the interest for delay in payment of consideration.
