Tata Consultancy Services Ltd (TCS) has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 21, 2008, inter alia, for considering the following matters:
1. To approve and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2008.
2. To propose a Final Dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company and a dividend on the Redeemable Preference Shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2008 for the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
