Techno Electric & Engineering Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 27, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. Consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2008; and

2. Consider and approve Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2008 and to recommend payment of Dividend, if any.
