Texplast Industries - Change in Accounting Year
Texplast Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to change the Companies accounting year ending on June 30, 2008 to March 31, 2008. Accordingly the Company will be finalizing its accounts for the nine months period ending on March 31, 2008.
The subsequent accounting period will be from April 01, 2008, to March 31, 2009. Hence this year the Company’s Balance Sheet will be of twelve months. The Company will be submitting Annual Reports accordingly.
