Themis Medicare Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 18, 2008, inter alia, to consider Audited Financial results for the year ended march 31, 2008.

Further the Company has informed that, recommendation for declaration of dividend will also be considered at the said Board Meeting.
