Thirumalai Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will publish the Audited Financial results for the year ended March 31, 2008, within three months from the year end i.e. on or before June 30, 2008.

In view of the above, unaudited results for the last quarter ended March 31, 2008 will not be published.
