Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has changed the Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA) from MCS Ltd to Karvy Computer share Pvt Ltd. w.e.f. June 20, 2008.

Further the Company has note that both the depositories have shifted connectivity to Karvy Computer share Pvt Ltd w.e.f. June 20, 2008.
