Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will publish Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2008 within 3 months from the end of last quarter i.e. March, 2008.

In view of the above, the Unaudited Financial Results for the last quarter of the financial year 2007-08 will not be published.
