Transformers & Rectifiers India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 22, 2008, for approval of Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2008 as well as Consolidated Financial Results for the same period.

Board will also consider recommendation of Dividend for the financial year 2007-2008.
