Transformers & Rectifiers - Outcome of AGM
Transformers & Rectifiers India Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on June 26, 2008, inter alia, have approved the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2008 and the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended as on that date and Reports of Auditors and Directors thereon.
2. Dividend of 20% (i.e. Rs 2.00) on the Equity Shares for the year ended March 31, 2008.
3. Re-appointment of Mr. Harish Rangwala and Mr. Michael Homawalla as Director of the Company.
4. Appointment of M/s. C C Chokshi & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the Company.
5. Revision in the terms of remuneration of Mr. Jitendra Mamtora, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company.
