Transwarranty Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will be publishing Audited Results for the year ended 2007-08 within a period of 3 months, i.e. on or before June 30, 2008.

Therefore the Company will not be submitting un-audited results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.
