The Board of Directors has duly approved the re-appointment of Mr. Suresh Jhanwar as the whole time director of the Company for three years effect from April 01, 2008 to March 31, 2011, on remuneration, terms & conditions.

The Board of Directors has duly approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sagarmal Jhanwar as the whole time director of the Company for three years effect from April 01, 2008 to March 31, 2011, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
