Triveni Engineering & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has signed an Agreement of Understanding with TGM TURBINAS INDUSTRIA E COMERCIO LTDA, Sertaozinho, Sao Paulo, Brazil, wherein both parties are undertaking to make all their best efforts to conclude a Licence Agreement for the manufacture and sale of Impulse and Reaction Steam Turbines of 25-45 MW at the Company’s Bangalore facility.
