Twentyfirst Century Management Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will be publishing the audited financial results for the Financial Year ending March 31, 2008 by June 30, within 3 months from the end of the financial year ended March 31, 2008. Hence the Company will not be publishing the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.
