UB Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on May 30, 2008, Mr. J K Sardana, Chief Operating Officer, was co-opted as an Additional Director and also appointed as “Executive Director”.

The Board has also co-opted Mr. Sudhir Goyal, as an “Additional Director”.
