Uni Legwears - Board Meeting on Apr 25, 2008
Uni Legwears India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 25, 2008, inter alia, to adopt the audited financial results for the year ended on March 31, 2008 and matters connected with ensuing annual general meeting.
Further the Company has informed that the Board will also confirm the alteration of articles of association of the Company. Board of directors will also approve the process of postal ballot and matters connected therewith.
