Unimin India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Finalization of the Audited Accounts for the Financial Y.E. March 31, 2008 and to declare the dividend if any.

2. Finalization of the Unaudited Accounts for the Quarter ending June 30, 2008.
