Uniproducts India Ltd has informed BSE that the delisting committee of the Company at its meeting held on April 04, 2008 has considered the order passed by SEBI on February 25, 2008 instructing the Company not to delist the securities pursuant to the rights issue. The delising committee has decided to file the appeal against the said order.
