Ushakiran Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Company propose to adopt Audited Financial results for the year ended March 31, 2008 instead of considering Un-Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2008.

In view of the above, the Board of Directors’ Meeting to consider Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2008 will be held on or before June 30, 2008.
