Uttam Sugar Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed on February 29, 2008, for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, there is no dividend declaration in the Annual General Meeting.
