Vadilal Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 27, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following businesses:

1. To consider and approve the Annual Audited Accounts of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2008, and

2. To recommend divided, if any, on 870148 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each of the Company.
