Vadilal Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has opted to publish Annual Audited Financial Results for the year ended on March 31, 2008 within 3 months i.e. on or before June 30, 2008, instead of publishing Unaudited Quarterly Results for the 4th & Last quarter ended on March 31, 2008 within 1 month from the end of the said quarter.
