Vaghani Techno Build Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on March 29, 2008, have accorded their consent by passing special resolution to carry on the business activities as covered under the Other Objects Clause No 23 and No 49 of the Memorandum of Association.
