Valiant Communications Ltd has informed BSE that with respect to declaration and publication of Financial Results of 4th Quarter of financial year ended on March 31, 2008, it is decided by the Board of Directors to declare and publish Audited Financial Results for financial year ended on March 31, 2008 instead of Unaudited Financial Results.
