Valuemart Info Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 03, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. To consider the issue and allot in the course of international offerings in one or more foreign markets in the form of Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) or otherwise equity shares and / or any securities convertible Equity Shares and to fix the quantum and price and the terms thereof.
2. To convene an Extraordinary General Meeting to obtain the shareholders approval for the GDRs issue.
3. To consider the appointment of Intermediaries for the GDRs issue.
