Valuemart Info Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on June 02, 2008, inter alia, have accorded to consider the issue and allotment in the course of International offering, 50 million equity shares of Rs 2/- each, aggregating to an amount not exceeding Rs 300 Million (approximately USD 7.5 million) including the over allotment option to all eligible investors.
