Vax Housing Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 04, 2008, has decided to transfer, deal, assign, part with the possession, ownership, rights, mortgage, lease, sell, alienate, hypothecate, conveyance, dispose of whether part or whole of assets / fixed assets of the Company by passing ordinary resolution, through postal ballot by following the procedure prescribed under the Companies Act, 1956.
