Vax Housing Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on May 12, 2008, inter alia, have changed the name of the Company from “Vax Housing Finance Corporation Ltd” to “Essen Infracon Ltd” or such other name as may be approved by the Government of India and applicable to the Board of Directors of the Company.
