Venus Remedies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 29, 2008, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:

1. Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter ended June 30, 2008.

2. Annual Accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2008.

3. Recommendation of dividend for the year 2007-2008.

4. Fix the Date of Annual General Meeting.

5. Enhancement in remuneration of working directors.

6. Change of Registered Office within the same city.
