Vertex Spinning - Updates
Vertex Spinning Ltd has informed BSE that the Company at Nardana, Dhulia, is developing an Integrated Textile Park. Wherein the Company’s unit of 1,62,000 spindles is coming up. However, due to non-availability of water and power, the Company’s project is delayed for further 8 to 9 months. In Company’s Corporate release dated January 30, 2007 the Company informed that MIDC has brought from 35km and the Company’s power connection was given by a small feeder (for constructional work) that was not capable to meet Company’s requirement. Nardhana industrial water was supplied from the river that dried up and the water was not available therefore MIDC and Govt. of Maharashtra made permanent arrangement for water and power.
