1. The Company has started civil work on April 23, 2008 at Plot No. 20, GIDC Savli, Baroda in Gujrat in order to implement its planned Guar Derivatives Project.

2. The Guar Derivatives to be manufactured there are used in energy sector i.e. for
fracturing of mineral oil & gas wells.
