Vikash Metal & Power Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 24, 2008, Mr. Rajesh Patni, a Non Executive Director of the Company who had resigned from the post vide his letter dated April 22, 2008, which is placed on the table for verification, has been accepted by the Board and he is absolved from all the liabilities of the Company.
