Vimta Labs Ltd has informed BSE that there is no deviation between actual and projected utilization funds, as of March 31, 2008, funds raised through preferential allotment.

An amount of Rs 7573 lakhs has been utilized till March 31, 2008 out of the total proceeds of preferential issue of Rs 7723 lakhs. The balance unutilised amount of Rs 150 lakhs is kept in term deposit with nationalised banks.
